Quantum-Touch® is an energy healing modality that applies the principles of resonance and
entrainment to facilitate healing. Practitioners learn to focus and amplify life-force energy (known as
“chi” in Chinese and “prana” in Sanskrit) by combining various breathing and body awareness
exercises. When the practitioner resonates at a high frequency, the client often entrains to, or
matches, the higher frequency, thereby facilitating healing using the body's biological intelligence.

The body is healed by activating the body’s own natural healing energies and restoring energies that
have become weak, disturbed, or out of balance. Life-force energy affects matter on the quantum,
subatomic level and works its way up through atoms, molecules, cells, tissues, and structure.
Quantum physics shows that everything in our physical world is actually formed from energy. This
energy could be likened to electricity or to radio signals. We may see our bodies as being solid and
made up of blood and tissue and bone but every part of our bodies is actually energy vibrating.
Energy in different forms vibrates at different frequencies. The energy that makes up a rock vibrates
slowly, which is the reason the rock looks and feels solid. The energy that makes up a delicate
flower vibrates much faster. Energies that vibrate on the same frequency are in resonance with each
other and absorb each other's energy easily.
